Implementation
As a company, we have more than 175 of years of combined sales, marketing and management consulting experience; we leverage this collective knowledge for every re-launch and/or new implementation. Training
At Adaptive we provide customized End User training based on both mutually agreed upon specifications as well as the personality styles of each user. You may choose onsite training, video-based training or remote training. You may also ask for our help to create training manuals for your organization. If you desire, we could also provide your salespeople with webinars for continued education services on a monthly (or quarterly) basis.
Application Development and Integration
We have the technical expertise to provide your company with custom development, design, integration and data cleansing needed for your team to operate efficiently and effectively. We utilize a similar process for these services as we do for our implementation services, but the primary focus is on ensuring that Salesforce.com Technology is correctly configured to support your business goals and objectives.
Administration and Support
If you need on-going support and administrative support services, we’re ready to help you. We have found in the SMB space, our clients have a limited number of resources in their IT departments and often benefit by outsourcing support of their Salesforce.com environment to us. We provide retained services or hourly support services models and we work closely with your team to create a best-of-breed support model in conjunction with any contract that you may already have with Salesforce.com
