CRM Adoption

The “trick” to getting your CRM utilized to maximum potential is part art and part science. It requires a mixture of selecting the proper platform, integrating with key business functions, supporting your sales process and leveraging simple psychology to motivate your team to want to use/update it habitually.

Process

  • If no formalized process exists, we work with your team to create one that’s repeatable
  • If process is already in place, we utilize a detailed, carefully honed system to create accurate reports and recommendations for key areas of sales and marketing processes
  • Once process is finalized, we will either tweak your existing platform to align/support the process, or we can help you source, purchase and implement a new platform

Platform

  • You will likely benefit from our decades of experience both using and specifying/implementing various CRM platforms
  • We have developed an in-depth, detailed methodology for analyzing critical areas of CRM requirements
  • Once the proper platform is agreed upon, we work closely with your people to ensure it will be utilized to full capacity

People

  • Our team has authored several books on personality typing and how it applies to job performance
  • We will run personality and motivator assessments on each salesperson and then work with you to train each one in a manner that’s both comfortable and effective for each person
  • When we complete the CRM adoption process, you will have a strategy to lead, manage and motivate each one of your salespeople as individuals; shifting you from leading with “position power” to “personal power”. This is called The Platinum Rule… treating others the way they want to be treated!
